A study links the consumption of organic foods during childhood with better cognitive development:
Organic food consumption is associated with higher scores on tests of intelligence (ability to solve new reasoning problems) and working memory (the brain's ability to retain new information when it is needed in the short term). The explanation for this association is that "healthy diets, including organic ones, are richer than fast food diets in nutrients needed by the brain, such as fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants, which together , can improve cognitive function during childhood”, explain the researchers of this study which is published in Environmental Pollution magazine on September 1st, 2021.
Following this study and several other articles, we created our slogan "Eat Organic...Stay Dynamic".
